Jennifer Packard is a Washington, DC-based photographer specializing in interiors, professional headshots, portraits, school sports, concert/performance, professional retouching, and PR photography. 

Jennifer has a BFA in applied media arts & photography, and a master's degree in communication studies. She has taught photography for life-long learning adults, gifted and talented high school students, and employed the medium as a rehabilitative tool working with homeless women and at-risk youths. A member Photographers Without Borders, and the Women's Caucus for Art of Greater DC,  Jennifer is published in USA Today, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Washingtonian, Design & Decor (South Florida), Arlington Magazine, The Advocate (Louisiana), Navy Times, and others.  Her 2020 book, "Enraptured by Raptors, The Story of a Red-Shouldered Hawk Family That Captured The Heart of a Community," raised funds and awareness for wildlife conservation. In her spare time, she volunteers her skills as the official photographer for Tregaron Conservancy, protected historic parkland in northwest DC.
